A recipe for a
fun quick sandwich
Ingredients
White bread (3 pieces)
Mozzarella
cheese (50 gms)
Chicken breast
(50 gms)
Olives (4)
Jalapeno (1)
Salsa sauce
(preferably home made)
Oregano
Basil
Vinegar
White Pepper
Salt
Red Chillie
Flakes
Olive Oil
Method
Take the chicken breast and marinate it in a little bit of salt and vinegar for an hour or two. Then, steam or boil it till it's cooked. Now, put a teaspoon of Olive oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken till it's golden brown. In a pan, dry roast the oregano, basil and red chillie flakes.
Toast the bread
and put the chicken on top. Cover it with another bread. Put the warmed up
Mozzarella Cheese and the sliced up Olives and Jalapenos. Season it with the
dry roasted herbs and finally put the salsa sauce on it. Cover it with another
slice of white bread and voila your sandwich is ready.
