Simple Sandwich

A recipe for a fun quick sandwich

Ingredients

White bread (3 pieces)
Mozzarella cheese (50 gms)
Chicken breast (50 gms)
Olives (4)
Jalapeno (1)
Salsa sauce (preferably home made)
Oregano
Basil
Vinegar
White Pepper
Salt
Red Chillie Flakes
Olive Oil

Method

Take the chicken breast and marinate it in a little bit of salt and vinegar for an hour or two. Then, steam or boil it till it's cooked. Now, put a teaspoon of Olive oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken till it's golden brown. In a pan, dry roast the oregano, basil and red chillie flakes.

Toast the bread and put the chicken on top. Cover it with another bread. Put the warmed up Mozzarella Cheese and the sliced up Olives and Jalapenos. Season it with the dry roasted herbs and finally put the salsa sauce on it. Cover it with another slice of white bread and voila your sandwich is ready.

Midnight pangs

It's been days, actually months that I have been able to sleep at night. On an average I sleep by 6:30 am and wake up by 11:00 am. I do not know why I cannot sleep at night. I have tried everything. I have tried to wear myself out, yoga, calming teas. But, nothing seems to work. The worst, at around 3:00 or 4:00 every night I feel so hungry that whatever little sleep I get in between is disrupted. I have tried to ignore these pangs by drinking water, warm milk or calming teas. Nothing has worked. And, now some nights I get up and make myself a snack. This has actually given rise to a new clever menu in my head. But, the problem is now I have gained weight because of that and no matter how much I exercise during the day or watch my calories, those extra ones at night are really adding up. I do not know what has been bothering me. I seem to be really worried about something, maybe my career or future or the fact I am applying to colleges again and that it wil cost a lot of money. I just know every night I am up and wide awake. I need some help. Somebody help me! *sigh*
